Collen Manière climbs Kilimanjaro for her sister, Kate

Kate was born with Cerebral Palsy affecting the right side of her body, and her family was told she would never walk, talk, or crawl.  However, Kate was determined to achieve her goals, and last spring Kate graduated from college. She has been Colleen’s inspiration from the day she arrived on this planet.

To date, Colleen is has raised nearly $4,000 in honor of Kate, for United Cerebral Palsy, and is currently in Tanzania completing her promise to Kate. If you would like to read more about Colleen and Kate’s story, please click here.

If you are interested in becoming a United Cerebral Palsy fundraiser, please contact Michael Ludgardo at mludgardo@ucp.org to get started on your fundraising journey.
