The position of Director of the Adult Family Care (AFC) Program is an administrative senior leadership position which oversees our AFC program. The Program Director is responsible for the successful administration and management of the clinical, state regulatory compliance, budgetary and business operations of the AFC Program. The Director of the AFC Program works as part of a multidisciplinary senior leadership team which oversees operations at UCP, and works to build collaborations within the program and community resources

This role will provide leadership, supervision, guidance and support to all program staff and is responsible for communication for all policies and procedures, and requires on-call availability. This position is based out of our North Adams office.

In accordance with the state regulations, the Director must be a healthcare professional with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and five years of professional healthcare experience working with the elderly and disabled populations. At least one of those years must have been spent in an administrative role. A master’s degree may be applied to two of the five years of required experience.
