Job Description:

The Early Intervention and Early Childhood Services Client Services Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the Program Director in support of the Early Intervention and Early Childhood Services program.  Support includes communication with department and other agency staff and external partnerships.  The Client Services Coordinator assumes timely scheduling of intakes, transportation services and data preparation for consumer tracking as well as billing.


  1. Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and two successful years as an administrative assistant.

  2. Formalized office training in clerical skills, to include: typing, filing, correspondence and other general programmatic paperwork.

  3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of stand office procedures, including telephone skills.

  4. Computer literate; understanding and competence in the use of varied programs. Literacy in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Outlook and ability to adapt to new software.

  5. Competency in handling details and projects for the directors and team, as needed.

  6. Basic understanding and maintenance of office equipment.

  7. Valid driver’s license and availability of a private vehicle.

  8. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
